Product descriptions and images
We describe our tracks, divider sets and hardware as accurately as we can, and we state the run length, mounting, bend or width range, pack size and weight rating exactly as the manufacturer publishes them. Colors can appear differently on different screens, extruded track varies slightly in shade from one batch to the next, and a cut length can differ by a fraction of an inch, so small differences between an image or a stated measurement and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Not installation or structural advice
Our tracks are consumer window hardware for home and light commercial use. Anything we say about fitting, bending, cutting or how much a track will carry is general product information, not structural advice and not a guarantee for your ceiling. The weight rating on each product page is the manufacturer's figure for a track fitted with every bracket supplied into sound material. Ceilings, fixings and curtains vary, so check the ceiling construction, use anchors rated for it, and ask a qualified tradesperson if you are unsure. Motorized tracks must be installed and wired as the manufacturer directs.
